This page is about you first. Then about us.

You've probably been through most of what the industry offers by now. The appointments. The scans. The exercises. The second opinions. Maybe surgery. Some of it helped for a while.

But here you are. Still doing the morning check. Still planning the week around what the back might do. Still quietly wondering if this is just the life now.

It isn't. And the reason it's still happening isn't because you haven't tried hard enough. It's because almost every approach you were given was built to treat the pain, not the wiring that was producing it.

ESCAPE was built to fix the wiring. This page is the story of how.

I know this story because it was mine.

You don't choose chronic back pain. It chooses you. For more than a decade, it chose me.

I played elite collision rugby with a deep core that never truly worked and a midline that never felt stable. From the outside it looked like I was fine. On the inside, I was living your loop, break, rehab, push, break again. New protocol. Short relief. Same pain returning.

I did everything the industry told me to do. Physio. Strength and conditioning. Core programmes. Surgery. It worked for other injuries. For my back, it never held.

My deep core stayed offline. My psoas stayed in permanent emergency. My fascia locked the whole defensive pattern in. Nobody in the rooms I sat in was naming that relationship. Nobody was
correcting it.

I know what it's like to do everything right and still feel one move away from disaster. I know what it's like to stop trusting your own body. And I know what it's like when something finally changes for real.

What changed, and why it's held.

At some point I stopped asking what was wrong with my spine and started asking a different question: what relationship in my body has never been corrected?

That question led to one answer: the TVA and the psoas. The deep core, quiet, offline, and the emergency responder that had been holding everything together, scared to stop.

I started working with a small ball on the exact fascial lines my body had been gripping for years, around my hips, spine, thighs. Pairing that with grounded breathing and deliberate deep-core engagement. Not a protocol. A conversation with the body that finally made sense.

In 2010, that experiment became the Bula Ball Method. By the time surgery came and went, the foundation was already changing. Since then: no full spasm, no sprain, no strain. In nearly eighteen years.

Tightness still visits. Stiffness still shows up. But they're no longer threats, they're signals I know how to answer.

My body isn't perfect. But it's no longer a cage. That's the difference ESCAPE is built to |
give you.

The Bula Ball Method, found in the body, not borrowed from a textbook.

Most programmes are designed in theory and tested on clients. The Bula Ball Method was designed in a broken body and tested for years.

Back in 2010, between injury and surgery, I hit the end of what the industry could offer.

So I picked up a cheap ball and started paying attention to what I could actually feel, not what the protocols said I should be feeling.

There were lines of tension my body had been using as braces for years. I started softening them. Slowly. Deliberately. Pairing that work with breath and, for the first time, actively waking the deep core while the fascia released.

I didn't have a name for it. I just noticed: when those lines let go, something in my spine changed. Not fixed. Different. Like it had been given permission to relax.

ESCAPE is the matured version of that experiment, a fascia-aware, breath-aware, mind-aware programme built around one correction: getting the team working the right way round.

If this is your story, here's your
next chapter.

If you've done everything the industry told you and your back still feels one move away from disaster, you haven't failed. The approach was treating the wrong thing.

Start with The Switch. It's free.

It's the document that shows you, clearly and without fuss, that your back was never the problem, and what the wiring looks like when it's finally running the way it was always supposed to. One guide. One belief changed. Your first step is free.

The story ends one of two ways.

Only one of them is yours to write.

If nothing changes: more years of managing. More mornings with the check. More quiet adjustments to the life you wanted. The world rearranging itself around what the back won't let you do.

If the wiring changes: something else happens.

The morning check disappears. The floor games don't end early. The trip happens. You become the person who trusts their body, not because it's perfect, but because you know how to work with it.

Before ESCAPE — the person who plans every day around what the back might do.

After ESCAPE — the person who stopped planning around it.

That's the identity transformation ESCAPE is built for. And it starts with one free guide.
